Written by Galasso,
Placonŕ, Prattella VTIEL
During our visit to
Edolo plant we asked the guide about the recruitment procedures.
If someone wants to
apply for a job as a technician at Enel, he has to follow the following
steps:
 |
First of all he
has to write his CV ( curriculum vitae ) inserting all information about
himself( personal data ), his studies ( the diploma or the degree ) ,
previous working experiences ( “stage “ in other companies organized by
our school lasting about 3 or 4 weeks), his training courses ( on the
computer or some certificate about the knowledge of a foreign language)
and his personal interests. |
 |
He can send his
application including his CV to Enel
(looking
at his Web site by e-mail or snail mail)
|
 |
If there are jobs
available, he is called for an interview based on some written tests and
oral ones, in which he has to show the best of himself and his skills |
 |
He can be
recruited for a temporary period of 2years for a short term contract, if
positive he will get a permanent job. |
